All tapes, yarns, & fringes can be returned for a full credit providing they are unused and unopened. They must be returned within 1 month of purchase.

Carpet Binding, Serging, Fringing, Tools, & All Sewing Machines

Can be returned for a full credit providing they are unused, unopened, and received back in the same new condition with which they were shipped to you. All new returns are due back within 10 business days and subject to a 10-15% restocking fee if returned back in new condition.

Needles, Parts, & Thread

Can be returned for a full credit providing they are unused and unopened. They must be returned within 1 month of purchase.

Small Package Sales Orders Monday-Friday
