Product Return Policy

If unopened and unused, you may return supplies within 1 month of purchase. If unused, you may return machines and tools within 2 weeks of purchase. All returns are subject to a 10-25% restocking fee. In many cases there will not be a restocking fee.

Binding Tapes, Serging Yarns, Rug Fringes

All edgings are subject to a dye lot variance.

Small Package Sales Orders Monday-Friday

All orders received by 1pm Eastern will ship the same day.

The primary small package carrier is Federal Express. Depending on your location, domestic ground orders will be received between 1-6 business days. Canada 3-8 business days. International 3-10 business days.

LTL (palletized) shipments Monday-Friday

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days.

Transit times range from 1-7 business days.
